These are essential tools for those who don’t want to spend hours on dinner when there are barely five minutes for breakfast! Check out my favorite English muffin toaster that fries your egg at the same time. Slap on a slice of low-fat cheddar, spread on a little light butter, and say hello to breakfast again. Also, I couldn’t live without my double sided grill. The Cuisinart Griddler may be a bit more expensive than a George Foreman, but it doesn’t let the juices run out of marinated chicken. Both cook chicken breasts in about 7 minutes. That’s half the time of stove top and less than a quarter of the time it takes in the oven. Now that’s doable! Flexible cutting boards just make life easy, and neoprene coolers in fun prints take the bulk out of lunch bags plus keep food cold/hot for hours.
